As a Spotlight Table Presenter, you will have 8 minutes to present about your business, how you got started and/or tell us about your passion. You will have a 6 foot table to set up a display of your products and/or services. Spotlight Table Presenters are the only people who can hand out samples, brochures, worksheets, flyers, etc. during the presentation time. The cost for a table is $20.
There are openings for TWO Spotlight Tables per meeting.
Only official members of Heart to Heart Networking who pay the yearly membership dues are eligible to present a Spotlight Table.
To sign up for a table go to the event calendar page, select the meeting you would like to present, and register. Make sure you are logged in! Payment will be required at the time you sign up.
If you already RSVP'd for a meeting and you now want to purchase a Spotlight Table, you will need to cancel your RSVP and sign up again for the Spotlight Table. If you don't see the option to purchase a table, it means that the spots are full for that meeting.
If you need to reschedule your table for another date this must be done at least 3 days in advance. If you cancel with enough notice for us to find a replacement, your money will be refunded. There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations at the last minute.
