About your speaker, Nicole Lux-Ritchie:
In 2006, my grandmother and I developed a computer training curriculum for beginning computer users. For several years I taught computer classes and offered private computer tutoring as a fun little side business as I stayed home with my children.
Today my fun little side business has evolved into a real business where I am here today, doing what I can to help my people conquer their technology.
It is my joy to help you gain the technical skills you need to grow your business and focus on your vision. Let’s talk about your email, files, calendars, and contacts.
If you have NOT paid your membership dues, the cost to attend is $5 to cover the cost of bringing in a speaker. If you have paid your dues, it is free to attend but you must RSVP at least one week in advance. Our speakers like to know how many people are attending so they can bring enough handouts, books, brochures, etc. If you do NOT RSVP one week prior OR you show up at the door, there will be a $5 late RSVP fee. That means members will pay $5 and guests will pay $10 if you do not RSVP in advance.
We have our meetings twice a month every 2nd & 4th Monday evening in the Lynnwood area. We meet at Shawn O'Donnell's in Everett/Mill Creek which is right off I5 at the 128th St Exit just north of Lynnwood. There will be a buffet which includes bread, salad, main entree, sides, dessert and non-alcoholic drink. The cost is $18 and includes tax/tip. Please be prepared to pay for your dinner at the bar when you arrive. If you have any food issues or sensitivities please contact us beforehand.
There is a minimum charge to use their meeting room so please plan on buying a drink and/or food at this meeting. If you are not purchasing dinner there is a $5 non-food option to pay at the venue which covers a beverage like soda/coffee/tea plus the server's time to set up and tear down the room.
If you've never been, you have to see it for yourself. We network, we laugh - and sometimes even shed a tear. But, in the midst of all of it, we make BUSINESS HAPPEN!
