MEETING INFO

This is our annual holiday party on Tuesday, Jan 9th 2024 @ 6:30pm-8:30pm!

There will be a WHITE ELEPHANT GIFT EXCHANGE so please bring an unwanted, funny, silly, or weird item from your home and wrap it for gift giving. Please do not purchase anything for this gift unless you have to. Make sure you don't spend more than $15 on the gift if you have to buy something. We will have brief introductions and most of the meeting will be spent opening/stealing gifts.

PLEASE NOTE!! It is SUPER IMPORTANT that you RSVP to this meeting and it is very helpful if you can make sure to RSVP on our website. There will be a special holiday raffle prize given out to anyone who RSVPs on our website. **Must be present to win**

If you have not paid your membership dues or you are a guest, the cost to attend is $10 (Early Bird- must be purchased by Jan 6th) or $15 (Late Registration- purchased Jan 7th-Jan 9th).

If you are a Bronze or Silver member, it will cost $10 (before Jan 6th) or $15 (Jan 7th-9th) to attend this meeting and if you are a Gold or Platinum member, it will be $5 to attend. 

Since this is a special event, we encourage people to bring an appetizer, finger food or dessert to share. Please put your name on your dish so people can ask if it contains any allergens and so we can return your dish at the end of the night. Heart to Heart will provide a variety of non-alcoholic beverages and wine. Here is a sign up form for the potluck!

VENUE INFO

Destinations Lynnwood is a senior living community located at 19501 40th Ave W, Lynnwood, WA 98036. We are now meeting in their Community Room just inside the front door of the building. The building does require an access code, but we will have a member helping to welcome members and guests at the door. 

Parking is available at the Lynnwood Corporate Center located just north of Destinations Lynnwood. The parking address is 19401 40th Ave W. Do NOT park in front of Destinations as it is a 30 min load/unload zone and used mostly for emergency vehicles.

• 6:30pm - 7:00pm ~ Open networking & food (30 minutes)
• 7:00pm - 7:15pm ~ Welcome to Heart to Heart! (15 minutes)
• 7:15pm - 8:25pm ~ WHITE ELEPHANT GIFT EXCHANGE (70 minutes)
• 8:25pm - 8:30pm ~ Good News (5 minutes)
