MEETING INFO

We have our meetings twice a month every 2nd & 4th Monday evening in the Lynnwood/Everett area. For our 2nd Monday of every month, we will be meeting VIRTUALLY via Zoom. On every 4th Monday, we meet at Shawn O'Donnell's in Everett. It is right off I5 at the 128th St Exit just north of Lynnwood. We typically have 25-30 women attending our meetings on a regular basis. 

NEW! Our venue requires us to have a minimum of 20 people attend our IN PERSON events. If we do not meet our minimum by the Sunday prior to our meeting, it will be cancelled and all payments will be refunded. We will send out a Zoom link and have our meeting virtual instead. 

If you've never been, you have to see it for yourself. We network, we laugh - and sometimes even shed a tear. But, in the midst of all of it, we make BUSINESS HAPPEN!

COVID-19 RULES & REQUIREMENTS

In order to comply with the Governor, our venue will now offer a pre-made dinner of grilled chicken, salad greens, side of balsamic vinaigrette dressing, beverage (coffee, tea or soft drink). Any allergies or food intolerances MUST be communicated when you RSVP. There is a field in your member profile that you can add this information and it will be shown every time you RSVP.

Cost of the meal is $20 and includes tax and tip. If you choose not to eat or are unable to eat dinner, you have the option of purchasing a beverage (coffee, tea or soft drink) of $5.50 which includes tax and tip. It is required that you select one of these two options to attend our meetings. If you show up at the door without an RSVP, you can purchase the beverage only option for $10. 

We will be collecting payment for your meal or beverage at the time you RSVP! We must give a headcount to the venue before our meeting starts. All RSVPs will become non-refundable 24 hours in advance. 

RSVPs are now mandatory as we must pre-order food. We must stay 3-6 feet apart at all times and a new seating arrangement will be offered. Masks are also required at all times except when eating or drinking. No outside food or beverages will be allowed. No gathering or passing around business cards or other materials. Please use our website to connect with our members or be prepared to share your information digitally. 

SPOTLIGHT INFO

TABLES DISCOUNTED $5!

One of the perks of our group is the ability to participate in our SPOTLIGHT TABLES. You must be a H2H Paid Member or H2H Featured Member before you can participate in this perk. You also can only sign up for a spotlight table once every three months so we can give other members a chance. The exception to this rule is when we don't have anyone signed up for a table less than one week prior.

We have 2-3 Spotlight Tables available per meeting depending on the week. For our 2nd Monday meetings, we will have two Spotlight Tables and one time slot for a guided discussion. For our 4th Monday meetings, we will forgo the discussion time and have 3 Spotlight Tables instead. 

We will not allow competing companies (no two skin care companies for example) to have a table at the same time. Spotlight Tables will have 8 minutes to present about your business, how you got started and/or passion. You will have a 6 foot table to set up a display of your products and/or services.

Right now, tables are DISPLAY ONLY as no gathering can happen in front of the tables. We can also not have Spotlight presenters hand out any materials during the meeting time. Please come prepared to share your information digitally or selling your items from your car. Let's get creative! 

Please remember to log in to your account on the website as only paid members will have the option to get a Spotlight Table. If all spots are full, the option to RSVP will be disabled.

• 7:10pm - 7:18pm ~ SPOTLIGHT TABLE #1 (8 minutes)
• 7:18pm - 7:53pm ~ “Share From The Heart” time (1 minute each - 35 minutes total)
• 7:53pm - 8:01pm ~ SPOTLIGHT TABLE #2 (8 minutes)
• 8:01pm - 8:10pm ~ LEADER/MEMBER LEAD DISCUSSION (9 minutes)
• 8:10pm - 8:20pm ~ Door prize drawings (10 minutes)
• 8:20pm - 8:30pm ~ Share your good news! (10 minutes)
• 8:30pm - 9:00pm ~ Open networking & visit Spotlight Tables

Please use your RSVP to send us your suggested discussion topic. It can be a problem or issue you are having with your business or a question about how to get to the next level in your business. Or, it could be wanting advice on marketing or about a new product you are developing. Anything business related goes! This feature is open to any of our paid members.
