I am a real estate broker and my husband is a general contractor and we combine our businesses to help people get their homes ready to sell. We can do repairs and remodeling.. Because we own the companies, we can defer payment until the home sells when needed. When working with buyers, I work with a maximum of 2 buyers at a time so I can focus on my clients and help them WIN in this competitive marketplace.
