MEETING INFO

We have our meetings twice a month every 2nd & 4th Tuesday evening. We are temporarily meeting at Chateau Pacific Retirement Community. We typically have 25-30 women attending our meetings on a regular basis. 

NEW! For the rest of 2023, we will be meeting at Chateau Pacific Retirement Community in North Lynnwood. We will return to the Community Room of Destinations Lynnwood in January 2024. 

If you've never been, you have to see it for yourself. We network, we laugh - and sometimes even shed a tear. But, in the midst of all of it, we make BUSINESS HAPPEN!

H2H PRIZE DRAW

We are experimenting with a new incentive program! It will cost $5 to attend our meetings regardless if you are a paid member or not. Guests who attend a meeting for the first time can attend for FREE! Just have a member RSVP for you. 

We will hold a H2H Prize Draw every 3 months with our meeting fee. $4 will go back to the organization for administrative costs and the other $1 will be one of the following: (winner's choice)

• CASH Prize (about $50 value)
• FREE 2x Spotlight Table ($30 value)
• FREE Silver Membership ($59 value)
• FREE Bronze Membership ($39 value)

You will get an entry for the following actions:

• RSVP in advance to each meeting
• Attend a meeting
• Bring a guest to a meeting
• Buying a Spotlight Table

The next H2H Prize Draw will be after our last meeting in December! 

Disclaimer: If you don't attend or show up after 7pm you forfeit your entries to the prize draw for that meeting. Also, we are adding a $5 late fee for anyone who RSVPs less than 24 hours in advance. 

VENUE INFO

We are temporarily meeting at Chateau Pacific Retirement Community located at 3333 148th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98087 for the rest of 2023. We will be using the meeting room called Town Square which is located on the second floor and there are signs on the walls directing you to that room.

There is plenty of parking, but it is a little confusing with the space markings. You only need to pay attention to the signs that are in front of the spaces or on the fence. The numbers painted on the pavement do not mean anything and are open to anyone.

We will not have a door greeter since the front door is open during the time of our meeting. There is a front desk and they can help guide you to the room if you have any questions. When you enter the front door, turn right to get to the elevator, go to the 2nd floor and the signs on the walls will direct you to the Town Square.

SPOTLIGHT INFO

One of the perks of our group is the ability to participate in our SPOTLIGHT TABLES. You must be one of our paid membership levels before you can participate in this perk. You also can only sign up for a spotlight table once every three months so we can give other members a chance. The exception to this rule is when we don't have anyone signed up for a table less than one week prior.

NEW! We are going back to two Spotlight Tables per meeting. Spotlight Tables will cost $15 and have 8 minutes to present about your business, how you got started and/or passion. You will have a 6 foot table to set up a display of your products and/or services.

Please remember to log in to your account on the website as only paid members will have the option to get a Spotlight Table. If all spots are full, the option to RSVP will be disabled.

• 7:00pm - 7:10pm ~ Welcome to Heart to Heart! (10 minutes)
• 7:10pm - 7:18pm ~ SPOTLIGHT TABLE #1 (8 minutes)
• 7:18pm - 7:53pm ~ “Share From The Heart” time (1 minute each - 35 minutes total)
• 7:53pm - 8:01pm ~ SPOTLIGHT TABLE #2 (8 minutes)
• 8:01pm - 8:11pm ~ DISCUSSION TOPIC (10 minutes)
• 8:11pm - 8:21pm ~ Door prize drawings (9 minutes)
• 8:20pm - 8:30pm ~ Share your good news! (10 minutes)
• 8:30pm - 9:00pm ~ Open networking & visit Spotlight Tables
