Heart to Heart Relaunch Party

SPECIAL EVENT!  This is a special event to celebrate our new venue, leadership, honor our history and launch us into the next stage for Heart to Heart Networking. 

We will have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy and a spread of amazing hors d'oeuvres provided by Eileen Paul with The Pampered Chef. While Eileen is planning for food that is Gluten Free and Dairy Free, we cannot  accommodate everyone's food allergies/intolerances so please plan ahead  if this might affect you. Feel free to bring or purchase your own food.

During our normal meetings, we have a mingle time between 6:30 - 7. Plan to arrive at 6:30 to participate in our fun Networking Scavenger Hunt and have a chance to win! There will be only one winner for the night as we will be skipping our normal door prize.

VENUE INFO

Destinations Lynnwood is a senior living community located at 19501 40th Ave W, Lynnwood, WA 98036. We are now meeting in their Community Room just inside the front door of the building. The building does require an access code, but we will have a member helping to welcome members and guests at the door.

Parking is available at the Lynnwood Corporate Center located just north of Destinations Lynnwood. The parking address is 19401 40th Ave W. Do NOT park in front of Destinations as it is a 30 min load/unload zone and used mostly for emergency vehicles.

FORMAT

  • 6:30pm - 7:20pm ~ Networking scavenger hunt and food/drink (50 minutes)

  • 7:20pm - 7:30pm ~ Welcome to Heart to Heart! (10 minutes)

  • 7:30pm - 7:40pm ~ History of heart to heart, honor longevity (10 minutes)

  • 7:40pm - 8:15pm ~ “Share From The Heart” time (1 minute each - 35 minutes total)

  • 8:15pm - 8:20pm ~ Future direction of heart to heart/ growth  (5 minutes)

  • 8:20pm - 8:30pm ~ Share your good news! (10 minutes)

  • 8:30pm - 9:00pm ~ Open networking & room reset
