MEETING INFO

This is our annual holiday party! There will be a WHITE ELEPHANT GIFT EXCHANGE so please bring an unwanted, funny, silly, weird item from your home and wrap it for gift giving. Please do not purchase anything for this gift unless you have to. Make sure you don't spend more than $10 on the gift if you have to buy something. We will have brief introductions and most of the meeting will be spent opening/stealing gifts.

PLEASE NOTE!! It is SUPER IMPORTANT that you RSVP to this meeting and it is very helpful if you can make sure to RSVP on our website. There will be a special holiday gift given out to anyone who RSVPs on our website. 

If you have not paid your membership dues or you are a guest, the cost to attend is $10 in order to cover the cost of your holiday gift plus some light appetizers.

If you are a Bronze or Silver member, it will cost $5 to attend this meeting and if you are a Gold or Platinum member, it will be FREE to attend. 

Starting in 2023, we will have our meetings every 2nd & 4th Tuesday evening at Inspark Coworking in Lynnwood. There are different food options nearby so plan ahead regarding your meal. Since this is a special event, we encourage people to bring a food item to share. Please put your name on your dish so people can ask if it contains any allergens and so we can return your dish at the end of the night. Heart to Heart will provide water, tea, coffee and bubbly water. NO ALCOHOL. NO DOOR PRIZES.

VENUE INFO

InSpark is located in a building owned by a church so the most prominent signage says "Calvary Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church". InSpark is on the main floor and you go straight into the building's front doors. The first door you will see is for the private members entrance. Go to the left (suite 130) and that is the main entrance to InSpark.  There are no stairs and plenty of parking. 

Meals are not provided so feel free to come a bit early and order from one of the many food places nearby. There are sub sandwiches, Pho, Starbucks, Teriyaki, Gyros and more. We can provide water, coffee and tea but you must wash your own dishes before leaving the meeting.

Masks are no longer required inside the building.

• 6:30pm - 7:00pm ~ Open networking & order food (30 minutes)
• 7:00pm - 7:15pm ~ Welcome to Heart to Heart! (15 minutes)
• 7:15pm - 8:30pm ~ WHITE ELEPHANT GIFT EXCHANGE (75 minutes)
