We have our meetings twice a month every 2nd & 4th Monday evening in the Lynnwood/Everett area. For our 2nd Monday of every month, we will be meeting VIRTUALLY via Zoom. On every 4th Monday, we meet at Shawn O'Donnell's in Everett. It is right off I5 at the 128th St Exit just north of Lynnwood. We typically have 25-30 women attending our meetings on a regular basis.
NEW! Our venue requires us to have a minimum of 20 people attend our IN PERSON events. If we do not meet our minimum by the Sunday prior to our meeting, we will refund all payments. We will send out a Zoom link and have our meeting virtual instead.
If you've never been, you have to see it for yourself. We network, we laugh - and sometimes even shed a tear. But, in the midst of all of it, we make BUSINESS HAPPEN!

COVID-19 RULES & REQUIREMENTS
If we have less than 25 attendees, our venue will offer a limited menu and you can select your meal upon arrival. Menus will be provided at each seat so write your name on the menu and select your meal/beverage. The waitress will pick up your menu and deliver your food. Please do not change seats once you have selected one as the menus are numbered and helps keep our waitress on track.
You will be given the opportunity to purchase an additional meal that you can take to go. This will help boost our numbers in case we are low. Please indicate on your menu which item you want to take to go.
It will be a rotating menu but they usually have a variety to accommodate different food issues. Typical items have been a grilled chicken salad, fish & chips, Ruben sandwich, chicken pot pie and corned beef & cabbage. Your pre-paid meal includes a beverage (coffee, tea or soft drink), tax and tip. Any allergies or food intolerances should be written down on your menu so your server knows.
If we get more than 25 attendees, the menu will be a pre-set offering of grilled chicken salad.
Cost of the meal is $20 and if you choose not to eat or are unable to eat dinner, you have the option of purchasing a beverage (coffee, tea or soft drink) of $5.50 which also includes tax and tip. It is required that you select one of these two options to attend our meetings. If you RSVP less than 24 hours in advance, the cost of each item will be an additional $5 more.
We will be collecting payment for your meal/beverage at the time you RSVP! We must determine on Sunday if we have enough RSVPs to hold the in person meeting. All RSVPs will become non-refundable 24 hours in advance unless we do not hit our minimum.
Please make sure and respect all COVID protocols put in place by the venue. We must try to stay 3-6 feet apart at all times. We have a new seating arrangement where 4-6 people will be seated at each table. Masks are also required at all times except when eating or drinking. If you are more than 10 feet away from anyone, you may remove your mask (for example during your commercial time). No outside food or beverages will be allowed. No gathering or passing around business cards or other materials. Please use our website to connect with our members or be prepared to share your information digitally. If you cannot comply with mask wearing and social distancing, PLEASE STAY HOME.
TABLES DISCOUNTED $5!
One of the perks of our group is the ability to participate in our SPOTLIGHT TABLES. You must be a H2H Paid Member or H2H Featured Member before you can participate in this perk. You also can only sign up for a spotlight table once every three months so we can give other members a chance. The exception to this rule is when we don't have anyone signed up for a table less than one week prior.
We have 3 Spotlight Tables available per meeting. For our 4th Monday meetings, we have 3 Spotlight Tables but on the 2nd Monday meetings we have only 2.
We will not allow competing companies (no two skin care companies for example) to have a table at the same time. Spotlight Tables will have 8 minutes to present about your business, how you got started and/or passion. You will have a 6 foot table to set up a display of your products and/or services.
Right now, tables are DISPLAY ONLY as no gathering can happen in front of the tables. We can also not have Spotlight presenters hand out any materials during the meeting time. Please come prepared to share your information digitally or selling your items from your car. Let's get creative!
